§1 General Provisions
-
These regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "Visit Regulations," define the rules for using the services provided at the Bioresonance-Leicester Clinic located at 108 New Walk, 3rd Floor, Room 303, Leicester, LE1 7EA, hereinafter referred to as the "Clinic."
-
The service provider provides services at the Clinic on weekdays from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Services are provided at other times by individual arrangement with the client.
-
Clients of the Clinic are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Visit Regulations before making a reservation for any service provided by the Clinic, hereinafter referred to as the "Service."
-
The Visit Regulations, along with the description of the Service, constitute an agreement for the provision of the Service.
-
The bioresonance clinic provides services to individuals over 18 years of age.
-
Individuals below the age of 18 may only use the services of the clinic with the consent of a parent/legal guardian and under the supervision of the parent/legal guardian throughout the duration of the appointment.
-
In order to confirm an appointment at the clinic and conclude an agreement, the client must confirm the reservation by paying a deposit in the amount previously agreed upon with the service provider.
-
The client has the right to cancel a therapy appointment free of charge within 24 hours before the scheduled therapy, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
-
Failure to attend the therapy at the agreed-upon time without prior cancellation within the allowed timeframe specified in the Visit Regulations, arriving late for the therapy, which makes it impossible to perform the therapy within the client's reserved time, or canceling the therapy later than 24 hours before the scheduled therapy appointment will result in the service provider retaining the deposit paid by the client.
-
Smoking and the use of tobacco and nicotine products, including electronic cigarettes, are strictly prohibited in the entire clinic and the building where the clinic is located. The consumption of alcoholic beverages as well as other substances and intoxicants is also strictly prohibited.
-
Animals are not allowed on the premises of the building where the clinic is located.

-
The client is obliged to provide information about their health condition if it is necessary to make a decision about performing a specific therapy and to sign a declaration confirming the accuracy of the provided information.
§4 Provided Services
-
The service provider provides services listed in the current price list of services published on the website https://www.bioresonance-leicester.co.uk or available at the clinic.
-
The client should familiarize themselves with the description, duration, and price of the service before choosing the service.
-
Prior to booking a therapy, the client is informed about the nearest available date for performing the service.
-
In the event of persistent cancellations of therapy appointments by the client beyond the allowed timeframe specified in these Visit Regulations or failure to attend the agreed-upon appointment without canceling the visit within the specified timeframe, the service provider has the right to refuse to provide the service or refuse to make another appointment for the client.
-
The service provider also provides therapies as part of Therapy Packages. A Therapy Package is valid for a specified period. After the expiry date, it is not possible to extend the validity or use the package, and the agreement between the service provider and the client expires. The Therapy Package cannot be exchanged for cash. It is not possible to exchange therapies included in the Therapy Package or substitute the person for whom the therapies are intended. Payment for the Therapy Package is made according to the conditions specified in the package description.
-
The appointment for a therapy included in the Therapy Package is arranged by the client by phone, email, or during a visit to the Clinic reception. Unless otherwise indicated in this paragraph, the remaining provisions of the Visit Regulations apply to therapies provided based on the Therapy Package. If the therapy appointment agreed upon as part of the Therapy Package is not cancelled within the specified timeframe in the Visit Regulations, if the client is late and unable to receive the therapy in the remaining time, or if the client is absent from the scheduled therapy, the client is not entitled to an additional therapy appointment or a refund.
§5 Booking an appointment and conclude an agreement
-
The service provider handles reservations and appointments either in person, by phone, and/or online. Appointments are confirmed by paying a deposit, unless otherwise indicated by the service provider. The deposit is paid to the bank account indicated by the service provider (including using fast payments) for reservations made outside the clinic, and in the case of reservations made at the clinic, payment can also be made by card or in cash.
-
In order to confirm an appointment at the clinic and conclude an agreement, the client must confirm the reservation by paying a deposit in the amount previously agreed upon with the service provider.
-
Reservations for services can be made through the website seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day (when the possibility will be available). The client receives a message with a payment link to pay the deposit.
-
Reservations can also be made by phone or by sending an email to info@bioresonance-leicester.co.uk. In the case of these methods of reservation, the client informs the service provider about the desired service and appointment time. The service provider responds with information about available dates. The parties agree on the therapy appointment, and then the client receives an SMS/email with payment instructions for the deposit, which the client should make to confirm the therapy appointment (reservation) in accordance with the regulations.
-
In the case of reservations made at the clinic, the appointment (agreement) is confirmed by issuing a paper confirmation.
-
The deposit must be paid promptly. If the service provider does not receive the deposit payment (and thus the client does not confirm the therapy appointment) by 3:00 pm on the day following the day the client expressed the desire to reserve a therapy appointment, the client's therapy appointment may be cancelled as unconfirmed and made available to another client.
-
If the client uses the services of the clinic multiple times, and at least two consecutive therapies scheduled by them take place in the originally agreed-upon time, the service provider has the right to waive the requirement of a deposit from such a client and confirm the therapy appointment immediately upon receiving the order.
-
Once an order for a service is effectively submitted and the therapy appointment is confirmed by the service provider (via SMS/email), an agreement for the provision of the service is concluded. This statement (SMS message) constitutes the acceptance of the client's offer, and the agreement is concluded upon its receipt by the client.
-
The client has the right to cancel a therapy appointment free of charge within 24 hours before the scheduled therapy, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
-
Failure to attend the therapy at the agreed-upon time without prior cancellation within the allowed timeframe specified in the Visit Regulations, arriving late for the therapy, which makes it impossible to perform the therapy within the client's reserved time, or canceling the therapy later than 24 hours before the scheduled therapy appointment will result in the service provider retaining the deposit paid by the client.
-
The clinic allows for the possibility of canceling an appointment for justified and valid reasons beyond the control of the clinic, such as an accident, illness, absence of the therapy provider, sudden interruption of utilities in the clinic, or equipment failure. In such a situation, the client will be rescheduled for another available appointment time agreed upon by the parties, or the deposit will be refunded by the clinic.
-
In the case of completed therapy, the deposit is credited towards the price of the therapy provided to the client.
-
The service provider is entitled to waive the requirement of the deposit by the Client and send a confirmation of the therapy appointment immediately upon receiving the order from the Client.
§6 Delays
-
To ensure the highest quality and punctuality of services provided at the clinic, the client should arrive at the clinic approximately 5-10 minutes before the start of the therapy to prepare for the therapy.
-
The client should inform the clinic staff by phone in advance, at least one hour before the scheduled therapy, about any potential delays.
-
The clinic allows a delay of up to 15 minutes without shortening the duration of the therapy.
-
In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, the clinic has the right to refuse to provide the therapy to the client if the rescheduling would disrupt the service provider's work in the clinic on that particular day. Such delay will be treated as a failure to cancel the therapy within the timeframe specified in these Visit Regulations, with the consequences indicated in §5 of the regulations.
-
Each case of delay is considered individually, depending on the current workload of the clinic's schedule.
§7 Payments
-
The client is obliged to pay for the services rendered.
-
The price list for therapies is available at the clinic and on the website. The prices are gross prices and include all taxes required by applicable laws.
-
The service provider reserves the right to change the prices of services presented on the website, introduce new services, withdraw services, conduct promotions, and provide free services for a limited time. This right does not affect orders for services placed before the effective date of any changes. The details and duration of promotions are always specified in the description of each respective service.
-
The duration of each promotion is limited. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.
-
The client can choose the following payment methods for online therapy reservations:
-
Bank transfer: payment made directly to the service provider's bank account (account number: 91469460, sort code: 40-34-44). Transfer title: enter the date and time of the visit.
-
Electronic transfer: payment made directly to the service provider's account via the online system. The payment link is sent to the client by the service provider via SMS/email, depending on the method of reservation.
-
The clinic provides the following payment methods:
-
Cash payment at the cash desk.
-
Card payment.
-
Advance payment by bank transfer.
-
The price for the provided service will be reduced by the amount of the deposit paid.
-
The service provider reserves the right to introduce temporary promotions, gift vouchers, or therapy packages. The rules for their purchase and duration will be specified in a separate regulation.
-
The service provider provides the client with a receipt or invoice after the therapy is completed.
§8 Clinic's Work Standards
-
The service provider declares that the employees are appropriately trained for their positions and possess all required certificates, permits, and approvals to work in their respective roles.
-
Before starting a therapy, the employee is obligated to check the condition of their workplace and ensure the availability of disposable and protective materials, as well as sterilized tools.
-
Before starting a therapy, the employee is required to disinfect their workplace, hands, forearms up to the elbow, and reusable tools. The same procedures are performed by the employee if the continuity of the therapy is interrupted and after the therapy is completed.
§10 Service Provider's Obligations
-
Before performing a therapy, the service provider is obligated to:
-
Conduct an interview with the client regarding their health condition.
-
Obtain a written declaration from the client regarding their health condition if the nature of the therapy requires it.
-
Inform the client about possible side effects, contraindications, and post-treatment recommendations.
-
Adhere to hygiene and safety rules during the provision of services.
-
Disinfect or sterilize the tools used.
§11 Left Items
-
The clinic provides a designated area where clients can leave their belongings during the therapy.
-
Before leaving the clinic, the client is obliged to take all their belongings, including those left in the designated area during the therapy.
-
It is recommended not to store high-value items in the designated storage area in the clinic.
-
If the client does not take their belongings from the clinic after the therapy is completed and leaves the clinic's premises, the client will be informed that they have left their belongings in the clinic, and the belongings will be stored until the client personally retrieves them.
§12 Prohibition of Photography and Recording
-
Throughout the entire premises of the Clinic, including the waiting area and all rooms where Services are provided, a strict prohibition applies to taking photographs and making video or audio recordings. This prohibition applies to Clients, persons accompanying them, third parties, as well as representatives of the media, including influencers, journalists, television, press, and any other entities conducting media activities, regardless of the purpose of such activities.
-
This restriction is implemented to protect the privacy of all Clients, to ensure comfort and safety during the provision of Services, and to safeguard the business secrets and know-how of the therapeutic methods used.
-
In exceptional cases, with the prior written consent of the Service Provider or consent granted in another durable form, it is permissible to take photographs or make recordings, strictly under the conditions specified by the Service Provider.
-
Violation of this prohibition may result in refusal to continue the provision of the Service on that day, as well as the initiation of appropriate legal measures to protect the rights of the Service Provider and the rights of other Clients.
